This is who you really are. You're a bully who will name call anyone who doesn't swallow your bullsh*t.
Also... you true believers better stop telling people to leave. SD gave explicit instructions for us to not do that.

It's a little early to be hitting the Johnnie so hard, OTZ.

Just texted SD, he said we are better off without you. All the BITTER 😂 X-VXers are more than welcome to leave. We just want to keep all our awesome new hires!

Well I can tell you that my girlfriend is an 737 FO at one of the big 3, under a year and her last 3 months of holding a line had 18/18/19 off respectively. Now granted….that was min guarantee…..but she had zero effort trading stuff away she didn’t want.

Must be nice to have that option.

That option exists. Days that aren’t closed, you can drop to 75 hrs in 3rd step. Once opentime opens up, drop to 70. Just have to find the days staffing is good and drop it. Some base/seat aren’t as good. But the CA staffing is decent now. FOs is mostly bad in SFO.

While I appreciate DM’s email on the “intent” to staff SFO to 450 pilots…..I just don’t see how we’ll ever get there with UAL in the backyard. I’m not entirely sure there is anything we can do to attract more FO’s that intend on staying here. I get the notion that “not every pilots wants to fly a widebody”, but when you look at the amount of flexibility the big 3 have vs what we offer? It’s a really tough sell. Especially when you see junior line holders at DAL and UAL with 18 days off a month.
I think the only other option we have at this point (apart from merger rumors) is new bases across the country.
