(going woke and creative a division amongst employees).
I encourage others to leave this place and use it as a step stone time builder. It sounds like your ship sailed a while back.

Are you going to pretend all of a sudden that applicants don't just rehearse an answer to that question that closely mirrors exactly what the interviewers want to hear, regardless of the company? Come on man

Most of the pilots I know that have left for greener pastures started out as die-hard Alaskan Airways cool-aid drinkers. For some they discovered that the cool-aid was really lav juice after 3 yrs for others it was 10 yrs…They have all been west coasters so it was not changing to go home…..Everyone comes to it in their own time…Some like the otz and skimo turn to other ways to make a living and do this for the benefits. Others find themselves fortunate enough to have the pedigree and the opportunity to move on to a major airline. For some it is as high as their pedigree will take them and for many it just becomes a job that pays ok…Any improvements that come will be from the determination of the pilots that are chained here, for whatever reason.

Don’t follow too many other airlines and the mask policies. Here at SW, masks are optional once we get to the cockpit, whether the door is open or closed. Passengers don’t seem to care and if they do, we’ve never heard anything about it. Hope this crap all ends soon.
