Of course, in the SWA threads there's a large thread started by a 4 yr FO who is considering leaving SWA for someone else. Grass is always greener somewhere, but greenery is in the eye of the beholder.

Define major. Big 3? No.
I flew with a Frontier CA, was a reserve CA in PHL, lived in SEA and commuted the whole time. Guess he got sick of it and came to AS. People will do what they need to do to improve their own life situation. For some that may mean leave AS and for others it could mean coming here. Attrition is still at a fairly low level, certainly nothing alarming. No argument will be won using the attrition threat.
