So let me get this straight. You make 30% less than your peers. You work 18-19 days per month flying redeyes to the coldest, darkest places in America. And you think you've won the "Airline Lottery?" I mean I don't want to tell you how to run your life, but maybe you should venture out of the PNW sometime. It really is better out there.
I think we can count you as an automatic yes for whatever garbage comes out.

BTW I work zero days a month. I am on LTD. Of all the things wrong with our contract (like everything) our disability is the only thing we got right and I am thankful for that.

I see you suffer from lack of reading comprehension. I didn’t win the lottery, the whiny pilots from the airline we bought did and they can’t handle it. I mean it wasn’t the mega millions, but it was better than being on the street. Any of them could have left and gone somewhere else before, during, and after the merger. They didn’t. All they do is complain.

On that we agree. The best option for working at this place is not working at all.

VX was never going out of business. Never in danger of it. And the arranged marriage to JetBlue was disrupted at the last minute by the panicky airline from Seattle. Once you venture outside of your small bubble and see a bigger picture, you'd realize that this place isn't the win you think it is.
