I’m a lot more generous about it. Any day I can get out and do what I love feels like a day off to me. My January schedule I’m working 17 days.
Looking at the other thread covering end of year numbers I’m working 200-400 hours more a year than guys at SWA who are clearing 50-100k more a year than I do.
I’m officially very bummed today. I shouldn’t have looked at that thread lol.

It's up to us to spread the word about what's out there.
Dissatisfaction is good. Without it, there is no progress.

Having just finished transition training, I can say that every, and I mean EVERY instructor and check airman I came across was more than fair and down right exceptional to work with. Several were even excited about what us VX types were bringing to the fleet.

That's encouraging to hear.

This was my experience as well, I did not experience nor did I hear of anyone having any instructor / check airman “out for them” because they came from the Airbus.

Not only that, but if you’re on reserve they can fly you something like 4 hours into your day off with zero penalty.

just FYI…. In literally every flying job I’ve ever had a “day of work” was from 12:01 am till midnight the next day. Contract private jet flying at $450/day, trip starts at 11pm on day one, and gets back at 1am two days later = $1350 At NetJets, if scheduling doesn’t get you back to your base airport by midnight…. (And I mean that they look at the official block in of the flight you ride home), if it’s 12:01 am into your day off, you get paid another day at time and a half.
Not only that, but if you’re on reserve they can fly you something like 4 hours into your day off with zero penalty.

As pilots, there's only two commodities that we have to offer. Our skills. And our time.
It's a shame that so many are willing to give away the second one so freely.
