I’m very curious. There’s talk of attrition of FOs and even CAs here. Is it really all that bad at Alaska? Is the future looking grim? Downsizing really happening?

I've learned the hard way on here too. I was trying to help OAL jumpseater and got my arse handed to me. Live and learn never fails...sometimes.
