IF it was my daughter or wife I hope someone does step up and get them back safely to THIER room. If the cameras see you go in and come back out a couple minutes later with your clothes on your good.

One thing that is interesting or bad is that fa phone call to the company. FA's see crews sleeping together all the time. But something was soo wrong this time they made the phone call......bad juju there.

"Innocent Until Proven Guilty

First, it should be pointed out that if you did it, you're guilty, no matter what. So you're not innocent unless you're truly innocent. However, our system presumes innocence, which means that legally speaking, even the obviously guilty are treated as though they are innocent, until they are proven otherwise.

The concept of the presumption of innocence is one of the most basic in our system of justice. However, in so many words, it is not codified in the text of the Constitution. This basic right comes to us, like many things, from English jurisprudence, and has been a part of that system for so long, that it is considered common law. The concept is embodied in several provisions of the Constitution, however, such as the right to remain silent and the right to a jury."

Did I say that? I only thought that YOUR assertion that a lawyer wouldn’t lie to be laughable since, by the very nature of their jobs, they have to lie. Perpetually.

There is A LOT more to this story than what’s out there. I know that for a fact. Quit being so quick to crucify. It’s not what it seems.

If you have exculpatory evidence go ahead and post it, because right now the crucifying is going viral, WaPo, NYT, ....you name it.

If there is another side to the story, don't hold back.

I once had an F/A who was so drunk she couldn't walk. We had the hotel security guard carry her up to her room along with me and the F/O. We put her in her bed (with her clothes ON!) with blankets and pillows behind her back in case she vomited, all left together and made sure her door was locked behind us. Fortunately, she was on a 30+ hour layover.

From a news story:

"We're f---ed. We're f---ed, I missed a call from the FODO at 10:47 p.m." she claims she heard Engelien say. The captain received a message stating that a flight attendant had spotted him walking down the hotel hall "with a girl and two glasses of wine" and didn't feel comfortable flying with him.

and another story mentioned the CA talking about getting "their story straight"

What time were they suppose to fly the next morning and what are AS rules for drinking prior to flight? I'm also thinking there is WAY more to this story that has been put out.

I'm sure any crew at most airlines would be removed from their next flight if another employee called the DO to express concern about alcohol, regardless of the timeline. Better safe than sorry, for all concerned. I wouldn't read to much into that yet.
