She may receive a one time payout but that's not a medical retirement, (long term disability). If you qualify to fly you won't keep getting long term disability. Any settlement won't be called a medical retirement.

Air Group should've hung him out to dry months ago. I think this is the Tilden's way of putting PR sprinkles on the mess.
