Mesabah,
If, as you posit, she drank too much and just fell into his room, why is she now coming forth with a high-profile suit and story? She and the captain seemingly got away with drinking in the window with paid time off, got back to work. There is absolutely no incentive for her to bring it up now, ruining her career.

This is the problem with alcohol, and why it is so dangerous.
In my opinion, both should be fired or both should be allowed to continue working.

If the security footage is real, it sounds like the captain did force her to his room. It says she fought him for 20minutes to get to his room. The reason Alaska is doing nothing, is probably because her story doesn't match the evidence. As I posted above, women go to the police, saying they were drugged and raped, the police don't find evidence of drugs, and then it becomes a, "he said, she said" case.

The lack of reading comprehension is shocking on this thread.
She woke up in HIS room, not her own.
It was the lawyer hired by the airline to investigate that said there is video evidence of him trying to forcibly kiss her in the elevator, and her fighting him for 18-20 minutes to get her to his room.

This woman is actually going easy on the guy. She's going after the company to get them to institute policies to stop predators going after subordinate female employees on the company's time and the company's dime, rather than go after the guy personally.

Drugs have an initial concentration, peak, then a half life, they are not administered per hour. Also, strangely, the incidence of vomiting was significantly higher in the placebo, in the UpJohn study. https://www.rxlist.com/xanax-drug.ht...s_interactions
That's like saying a jet engine only burns fuel in thousands of pounds per hour, never gallons per minute. That's just nonsense.

There’s no way she can return to line flying after this. She’ll always be “that girl” unfortunately.
If this is true she needs at least a few million in lost wages so she never has to step foot in a cockpit there again. Talk about a hostile work environment.
If she is lying (doubtful) then still no way she can fly there again.

Give your fellow crewmembers some credit here. I think they have the capability to be professional. We're all pretty good at compartmentalization in this job. I think the pilots at Alaska can handle this.
