The underwear stashed in the purse is an odd tidbit. Have you ever done something surprisingly sensible when drunk? I.e. advil (sorry liver) and lots of water before going to bed. Waking to an alarm that you dont remember setting? Why would a rapist put underwear in her purse? That almost seems thoughtful.

Rape drugs are extremely common, his wife may even have a prescription for one. Xanax, Valium, etc are all date rape drugs. The problem with her story is that the symptoms she is describing, require heavy drinking with the date rape drugs. Simply taking even Flunitrazepam(roofie), will not cause her symptoms unless she is legally intoxicated. Most women who claim they were drugged and raped, when tested by police immediately after, were just drunk, and not actually drugged when raped.
Also the rest of your statement is wildly inaccurate. (about requiring heavy drinking.) You have no idea what you are talking about, and you are wrong. I know this for a FACT.

Less than 10% of rapes reported to police result in criminal charges, as there was not enough evidence to prosecute. However, only 2% of cases that are reported to law enforcement are ever proven false. i.e. in 80%+ of the time, the women's story does match the actual evidence so the case falls apart.
Alcohol is a huge part of that problem.

No I was not. The first time I had no idea what the hell happened at a company function, except I must've blacked out in the bathroom, as people were looking for me and knew it wasn't like me to disappear/not respond to them calling for me. Second time was a little different and not as severe.
No reason to be tested as I wasn't at risk for being raped.
Glad you seem to know it all, though.

I’m struggling to understand how being drugged and raped by someone you are claiming to positively identify equals sue the company you work for and not pursue criminal charges against said perp. I can understand the day after cone of confusion type mentality, and I’m not going to make any assumptions one way or the other about each individual’s character given the lack of insight into the discovery process. Good dude, professional woman, military service, adopts kids, etc....means nothing because all types have their winners and losers so definitely not predictive of who the victim is here. However, am I missing something, is there a criminal charge also being pursued? If not, has a statement been made about why she isn’t? The only articles I’ve seen make no reference to criminal action.

Right. After she got an attorney and filed suit. If you don't think her attorneys were a part of her going public, and aren't manipulating this behind the scenes I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. Cheap.
This is typical. You find an aggrieved client, file suit, go public and hope the other side caves and pays big $$$ and you find more clients coming out of the woodwork.
This doesn't make her a liar, nor does it mean she is a saint. Its just how these things work, and the next hammer to fall will be suits at other airlines.

I asked for facts/source to prove your statement that the majority of date rape drug cases do not involve drugs. you said:
"Most women who claim they were drugged and raped, when tested by police immediately after, were just drunk, and not actually drugged when raped."
