That's the thing. Who knows?

One is innocent, one is a reprehensible creature. Only a trial will determine which -- not the court of APC.

Sorry, but I really don't see the issue here. At a bare minimum he was a married man with a junior subordinate he barely knew, working for a company that paid him a quarter million a year in salary and 401k.

Anyone who wasn't a raving lunatic would have just kept it in his pants. Even had it been consensual, he was risking pi$$ing away his whole career even if all she did have was a case of buyers remorse.

Which of "our guys" we're you referring to, the Captain or the FO?

I’m refering to anyone convicting someone on a cowrdly anonymous forum for a crime they have ALLEGEDLY commited while having no evidence and not allowing the accused their right to have to be convicted by a jury of their peers. That right applies to both the accused and the accuser. Clearer?

As far as crimes, I'm with you 100%. As far as opinions about people's judgment in putting themselves in risky situations, including putting their careers at risk, I think everyone is entitled to their opinion because everyone makes decisions like that every single day.

Something doesn't have to be illegal to be dumb as a box of rocks.

Were both pilots given BAC tests and evaluated for alcohol dependency after being pulled from the flight? Who’s the first person you call when there is a duty related alcohol incident? The ALPA HIMS program is what’s going to get you your job back or keep it. How long are you off line to go through HIMS treatment?
