Now down to $67/share.. I'm no stock guru but the quarterly earnings didn't seem that bad from what I read. Very convenient timing with arbitration so close.

Well it’s going to be an interesting weekend.
Talked with a “friend” who is one of our testifying executives.... He said they got their proposal. He is confident and we just need to get over it. That is the reality’s of the AS business model and it will not change... not for any work group.
Talked to a union friend who said with out a doubt we hit a home run. He is pretty sure we will see the Alpa proposal in its entirety...
They both can’t be right. Someone is going to be really disappointed Sunday.
I will say the companies confidence scares me a little. Get ready for an exodus if they are right.

It's definitely going to be an interesting weekend. I hope the company is willing to absorb whatever is coming their way if they get what they were asking for, especially leading into the holidays.
As far as exodus, maybe we'll lose a couple of dozen pilots. But, I don't think exodus has to necessarily be in the way of pilots leaving. Many of us who are still here are already checked out. We won't do more than is required of us. Show up to work, do your job, and go home. Don't do anything extra and don't volunteer for any company-sponsored activities, etc. Do your job and allow others to do theirs.
It didn't have to be this way, but once again management has shown its contempt for the pilot group. This company hates its pilots. They don't look at us as an asset. They look at this pilot group as an adversary.
They can stop paying us lip service too. I don't want to hear it. Don't tell us we do a great job and that we're the best. Don't want to hear it any more. It's just empty words, because the proof is in the pudding.
