I completely disagree. The opportunities for 200% pay here are insane. If you are flexible with your days off you can make a lot and have good QOL. Living in base helps with this enormously. Also pay is more than dollars per hour. It’s unfortunate that a lot of our pay comes in a form that is hard to quantify, but the health insurance, 401k contributions, vacation rules, etc. do mean something.
Not trying to bash the company or anything but the idea that you can make more money at ZW and be home more doesn't add up.
401k match is phenomenal but at the end of the day it isn't that much more than other companies. Endeavor matches up to 12%. SKW is less than ZW starting off but reaches parity after a few years. The insurance is amazing if you have a family, but honestly as a single guy if I ever came down with something where that level of insurance would kick in I'm probably losing my medical and my job anyway.

Yes exactly. You are going to be forced to work on a day off (up to 10 times per year). But you will get your days off one way or another. If you and your schedule are inflexible Air Wisconsin is going to be a rough ride.

Are you able to partake in said 200% pay goodness on a day which you were scheduled to work? In limited quantities, yes; picking up an extra leg in the morning if you had an afternoon show, maybe. But otherwise, 200% is a day which you were not scheduled to work, so you have now traded time off (which for those of us who like are families is time with them) for 200%. The value position is yours to make, but you can't have both.

Management trolls are trying hard to sell this place as something it once was 10 years ago. It has taken a nose dive the last few years due to a weak union and horrible mgmt team. Moral is the worst in the industry here. Come be a part of the worst UA express performer!
