Scare tactics, as coverage gets worse there's going to be more and more of this along with more contract violations to see how much they can get away with.

This is true. AWAC still has a great reputation which lends itself to moving on. There were quite a few who went to United and US Airways between 2013 and 2016 and lately a ton who have gone to SWA, plus a steady number to jetblue. More importantly, many who have moved on had nothing special on their resume i.e. LCA, chief pilot, etc. which says a lot about AWAC's reputation.

I have an upcoming interview at ORD. Is there a written test? Format? Study guide? (Sheppard Air). Any other green ring gouges (3x5 4x8) for the interview are appreciated!

No. No one has interviewed yet. In fact not all those who were offered an interview were able to schedule one. All slots taken in an hour and a half. So sorry. Try in 2018.
