Simple process. Just answer the questions truthfully on the Hogan. Half will pass the Hogan. Those that pass will then go to DEN to do a HR interview. They ask you to tell them about yourself, why UA, about 5 TMAAT questions and then send you on your way. About half will pass that.

Anyone who signed up by Aug 31 should in theory be eligible to take it. However, United seems to be sending it out to 80 or so folks at a time. I have been here 6+ years and I did not receive it this first round.

I was on the first page of employee numbers of those that signed up, 1XXXX.
I have already heard of one senior captain who got booted from this round for not having their AirApps fully completed.
