Do not come here. I will repeat, DO NOT COME HERE. At every turn the company will do the right thing by them, and only what benefits them the most. You, your family, your sanity will not be taken into consideration what so ever. They will lie, 18-24month upgrades, maybe in a fantasy world. ORF is closing.

Who knows for sure. The company wont say peep about it hoping that every one will stay for as long as possible. That email and announcement didn't sound like it would be around after February. Talk to the CP down there, from what I hear they aren't even looking for crew room space over in the united terminal. I hope I'm wrong about this for all the good people down there in ORF.

No one is surprised about ORF. Everyone hoped it would not happen but everyone kind of knew it would. Do you just expect the company to keep it up with DH's in/out for the 'good people' in ORF? It's not the company's fault that United does not want 200's in ORF. It will close eventually. If you work for Delta, you can count on Atlanta. Jet Blue? count on BOS/NYC/MCO, American? Count on Dallas. But besides that don't go to an airline for a domicile especially at a regional. They open, they close. The sun rises the sun sets, its the way of things.

-I've been commuting 5+ years since RDU closed. Oh well.
Oh btw no upgrades have been cnlxd. Slightly delayed due to SIM availability? Yes. But they are still on the schedule.
