So you this is what I know about you.
1. Homophobic
2. Passive aggressive behavior
3. Frequent emotional outbursts for no reason. (Lashing out at others)
4. Constant need for external stimulation as displayed by your almost constant presence on this board.
5. Lack if empathy.
6. Unsubstantiated sense of self worth.
7. Manipulituve and patilogical lying.
I must assume that you are a child if sexual, physical, and or emotional abuse. Resulting from either parental loss or the separation from your parents and then neglect or abuse by a guardian. Either way man you really need to get help. This is bigger than the forum. These are classic signs of psychopathic behavior. I really think you should talk to someone. There is help.
Good luck brother.

Update from ATW
Rather than posting part of the announcement and trying to take it out if context I thought I would post the entire thing here for anyone that is no longer with the company or anybody interested in what is actually going on. Full message below.
Hello Pilots!
Now that I’ve had some time to get spooled up, I’d like to take a moment of your time to share some exciting updates on things currently going on.
Hiring / Upgrades
We plan to hire between 250 and 300 pilots this year, with just as many planned for next year. With this rapid workforce expansion, we expect to accelerate upgrade times to 18-24 months. I know many of you are thinking, “How is this possible, I’m a 5 year FO”. We have ran many different models that show the number of years to upgrade dramatically decreasing. This is due to the amount of pilots we are looking to hire and the large gap between 1-2 year FOs and 4-5 year FOs.
We know the big question is, when are we going to start upgrading again? It all hinges on meeting our hiring goals. As soon as we rebuild the FO staffing, we will start to run upgrade classes immediately. You can help accelerate this by referring pilots to Air Wisconsin. If they are selected you will receive a bonus of $4,000 in referral money in accordance with our referral policy. If you know of a pilot who would like to join the Air Wisconsin team, please refer them by completing the form found HERE.
The good news is, the number of candidates interested in Air Wisconsin continues to steadily rise. Our recruiters are very busy as we are running 2 to 3 interview sessions each week. The size of these interviews vary, but are usually between 5 and 12 candidates per session.
When discussing the sign on / retention bonus, a new FO will earn $15,000 once they complete IOE and another $10,000 after their first year of service for a total of $25,000. After that, new hires will continue to get $2,000 a quarter beginning in month 24 and through month 36 of employment or until they upgrade which makes the bonus up to $33,000. With the bonus and increased First officer pay a new hire can expect to earn between $201,000 - $242,000 in total compensation and benefits during the first three years of service. For this breakdown please reference and share the following document by clicking http://airwis.com/content/pilots/Pil...ationFlier.pdf
We also have an Airman Trainee Program. This position has been designed to help a future First Officer make a smooth transition from the classroom to the cockpit. We will hire candidates with as little as 250 hours. You can click http://airwis.com/airman_trainee.html to learn more about this program.

United / Bases
On April 10th, Senior Leadership communicated that we had reached an agreement with American Airlines to start withdrawing aircraft from the American operation so that we can transition them into the United operation. As stated in the communication, “We will be removing a small number of aircraft in late August 2017, and thereafter we will remove up to ten aircraft each month through mid-February 2018, at which point our American flying contract will end.”
This was a large hurdle for both Air Wisconsin and United. United could not start working on our network and operational schedules until we could commit a start date and transition plan. This information now being available will help us begin to work with United to determine the exact footprint of our new operation (bases, routes etc.). Once fully transitioned to United, our operation will be focused in ORD and IAD.
As such, we hope to update the FLICA permanent bid system next week to include ORD and IAD as additional bid choices. We will communicate more information on that once we make that change in FLICA.
UA Contract / Fleet Size
I have received some questions as to our contract and potential fleet size for United Airlines. To answer this, I’ll reference a previous communication. On February 27th, 2017 our CEO Christine Deister said “I am very pleased to announce that yesterday Air Wisconsin and United Airlines executed an exclusive five-year Capacity Purchase Agreement to operate up to 65 CRJ 200 aircraft through February of 2023, with a potential two-year extension.”
In Closing
We are proud that Air Wisconsin continues to be a leader in the industry. We have had a long history of stability and success. Our reputation for safety and professionalism is far reaching and earns the respect from our peers and the flying public. We continue to receive complements about crews who do a great job from our passengers and this couldn’t be done without you, Thank You!
As always, please feel free to reach out to me with questions.
Respectfully,

My response is still the same....... HA.
What was out of context? It may have been cut up but nothing more was learned by your post. I didn't misrepresent anything. It is spewing the same rhetoric as we have heard before but all in one unexplained email.
The question that needs to be addressed is how we go about doing what is stated in the email. It seems pretty damn impossible seeing as how EVERYONE is having difficulty staffing. We are already short staffed, how are we going to manage to catch up, grow, and sustain our numbers so that we will achieve the 65 aircraft in the air for united.
Just to be clear, we currently have roughly 500 on property, we need to upgrade to Mao rain 305 captains on properry. Jr man calls and extentio s are happening again regularly(not as bad as it was before, but an increase from last month). This means we need to hire at least 100 go's to catch up. Add normal attrition, which seems to be approximately 20 or so per month. Even if we managed to get 30 per month in class that still doesn't come close to the numbers we need.
So again, HA. And thank you for clearing up any misundertanding by my actions of not posting the email in its entirety, and thereby not informing people of what is really going on here.
