That's impressive since the only ways to lock that door are with a key or by the deadbolt from inside and hopping out the sunroof.

Also, I guess we sent some planes to RFD last night, maybe UA flying sooner than expected? I can't imagine for storage, since we still need as many operational spares around as possible for these old birds.
I know who it was haha. Saw that mx write up this morning.

Question about the bonus package: is there any "agreement" to stay a certain time if you take it? Republic, the AA WO's, etc ask you to pay back some of the bonus if you leave within 2 years. Does AWAC have this?

I have been out of the 121 world for a couple years now. I am attempting to get back in and have an interview with air Wisconsin next week. I've looked on aviation interviews and couldn't find much. Can anyone give some insight about the interview process? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

I asked someone I know who does recruiting. You'll take a written test for general knowledge. All from the ATP written. Know Approach plates, how to read them and symbols. If you're not familiar with Jepps, they have the others. But I'd read up on them.
Then it's just an interview to see who you are and if you're someone they would like to be able to fly with for 4 days. Come in with a positive and upbeat attitude. Show them you want to be here and you'll do just fine.

Now that we announced United Flying, what's next? Haven't heard a thing since the big announcement.
When do we start the AA draw down?

I think we will get the AA final flying numbers for May around March 22nd, so we will see if this dip in flying is truly temporary. With the amount of flying we have now, there actually is very little FO open time, and many of our aircraft are just sitting/parked in RFD.

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't increase our flying. Trans State is now flying into D.C. in droves, coupled with PSA increasing operation and Piedmont in PHL American is doing its best to try and prove it can operate without us. Though I expect us to have an uptick for summer flying, we're going to continue to get the worse departure times and destinations.

I keep hearing that United flying should begin in July so if you're senior enough you could make the jump over where I assume operations will be much better.
