I was being genuine. Look at my post history I'm not here to screw anyone out of anything. IMHO you are the one who is flying off the handle. If the bonus gets you salty then I won't refer anyone. It's interactions like this that are not necessary in the public domain and could have been cleared up in a PM. If you feel so strongly about it I would be happy to chat face to face.

You have an enforceable contract that stays in effect in perpetuity until a new deal is agreed upon. Read in your Scope section about successorship. The cliff notes version is that any purchaser, as one example, must recognize your CBA if ZW is bought. Since PSA is also ALPA, there would have to be a formal seniority list merging process along with another negotiation to create a joint CBA after the merger/acquisition. It's not as simple as you make it sound and certainly not as easy for PSA or any other potential suitor to just swoop in and save ZW.

Trying to make a profit off others' misfortune is pretty low in my opinion. Consider that every single pilot at AWAC knows full well about EDV, what their pay rates are, and that we get a referral bonus. It's not like they need some loser coming on their forum and poaching for a bonus or even half a bonus.
If someone from AWAC wants to come to EDV, and hit me up via PM to share the bonus, of course I would do so. It helps them, and it helps me. But I happen to think it's pretty low to come here in the AWAC thread and pretend like one cares in order to pocket some money. If WhiskeyKilo really cared, he would do the recommendation for them and give them the entire bonus. Just my 2¢.

Nice, except for the fact that you just basically called someone out then casually slipped in that if someone were to "wink" slip you a pm to share the bonus that'd be cool.... almost equally as toolish....

No, Bobby, I was saying that is the only way I would consider getting a referral, is if someone did it that way. In fact, no one ever has that currently works for another airline, but two who were applying off the street DID ask me to refer them, and I did. One went elsewhere, the other is still up in the air as he is still applying and making decisions. But both approached me.
No, it wasn't a "wink wink, nudge nudge" kind of thing, that's not how I am. I make more than enough money than to lower my standards to the level of preying on the misfortune of others.

I have a lot of friends here at AWC and I feel bad you guys are being screwed the way you are. I don't think any bendover guys should be trying to cash In on this as we are both apart of ALPA. We should indeed have each other's back! But the problem is no one has any balls anymore and so this kinda stuff happens. ALPA is a huge failure at this level. Hang in there guys at AWC and your always welcome on my jumpseat!
