Seriously? If that's all you got then you should just stop now .. But I'll give you one more chance. Tell me, exactly what part of the flow prevents a guy from sitting right seat for 10 years, busting upgrade training and who knows how many other training events from flowing to American? If the worst of the worst can get in no-questions-asked, what does that say about the future of American's culture and pilot group?

The ATP is most commonly provided by the regional airline, and signed off by one of that airline's designated examiners.. But maybe you are right
I'll ask again. Exactly what part of the flow prevents a guy from sitting right seat for 10 years, busting upgrade training and who knows how many other training events from flowing to American? Let's also say he has a poor discipline and attendance record. He still gets to flow, right? If the worst of the worst can get in no-questions-asked, what does that say about the future of American's culture and pilot group?

Don't worry, if this individual is truely as incompetent/dangerous as has implied and AWACS training/ standards department failed to address the issues and eliminate him from the pipeline, he'll have two more probationary periods (one at PDT and one at AA) where others will have the opportunity to clean up AWACS mess if he's turely unsalvagable as a pilot.

Sorry guys, I just enjoy watching billy squirm once I get him onto a corner and his troll responses no longer cut it but I will stop quoting his posts.
AWAC training is tough but I know they work hard with their people once they're on property. But passing training is different than working the line. Hopefully by the time this kid flows he will have learned to land the airplane without the captain's help.
In other news, there is no news. Carry on.

Like I said you have more on your plate then worrying about the flow at American.
For the record you guys really kept a pilot on the line that couldn't land a plane without the Captains help? I wouldn't be pointing the finger at that guy at all.
