I don't understand how you can construe my yelling from a lifeboat that there is still room...jump in as my displaying some sort of insecurities. If you have some sort of degree in psychology then maybe I'm wrong.
I left AWAC because I started to feel like they are done. If you don't think that that's cool I don't really care. The REAL sign of insecurities are the guys that get all bent out of shape from me coming in sharing another Airlines good news.

I already said I understand why you left AWAC. I also understand why you are upset. You spent so much time here without an upgrade and had to start over with a lateral move. There is nothing wrong with being upset, or even insecure for that matter. We are human after all..and humans need reassurances.
If you really need people to believe you are super stoked about your mighty step up to Endeavor and feel totally OK with your choice to leave behind the last 4 years of your life, you'll have to try harder to convince us. I would say the best way to do that is to simply move on. Every Endeavor kool-aid post you put in here shows me that you can't do it.

Gents, you've all made your point. Those that left had their reasons, those that stayed have theirs. Can we get back to the AWAC thread? If any FO wants to go to E9, they'll get a call within 2 days... Apparently the water is warmer, greener, and richer. I respect that. Honestly, those of us that are still here give zero ****s.

Do you see how your two posts above contradict each other? First you say you aren't offering help, but later say you are just here to scream for others to "jump in your lifeboat." You can see why I think you are full of BS.

That's not help or advice lol. I'm not offering to hold anyone's hand. It's sink or swim on your own. I brought some news here that some less bitter readers might want to know. End of story. Stop *****ing about it. If you don't like it, use the ignore function for your convenience.
If you want people to know how great Endeavor is for you, why not post it in the Endeavor thread? Isn't that where people look for info about Endeavor?
I just hope someday you can move on without worriedly looking back at your career choices. Trying to vindicate your career choices by trying to convince others to do the same things you did is a bit sad and weird.

End of story, yet you keep coming back

You just keep me coming back. I think I understand the REAL issue you have. Every day someone hands in a resignation, you guys are put in a worse position. I know how it feels and I'm sorry you are still feeling it. I'm still keeping up with AWAC because I'm genuinely interested in keeping an eye on what happens come 2018. I hope I'm wrong for the sake of those who are betting on survival. Good luck. (Not being sarcastic)
Btw, I say the more resignations the better. Places that are staffed properly don't need to pay more money for employees, after all. They wouldn't have even come out with that lousy retention bonus if they weren't struggling.

I keep you coming back? I'm flattered. Posting about all the greatness you've achieved from your lateral move is not even close to "still keeping up with AWAC". That doesn't even make sense. Now you are trying to rationalize your actions by answering questions no one has asked. Sad.
