That depends on what you're looking to gain in the end. Will a 4 year FO at AWAC that takes a DEC position at another regional get to a Legacy before the guy that goes to the other 4 you mentioned? Not that easy of a choice actually. Depends on your goals I guess.

This 4 year FO kept longevity at Endeavor and will be in the left seat home based on the next vacancy. Spirit/Frontier/Atlas...no thanks. This move was a step up in pay and QOL

Good move. I went to Piedmont. Better to get some TPIC time and apply to a major than hop around especially with all the hiring the majors will do soon. Bonus + quick upgrade is no pay cut.
