It's time to talk with the union about that agreement they made with the company that they decided to give you no say in. Because all of a sudden what you think matters to them now!

According to the union (unofficially), it was just a last ditch effort to get some money for the pilots before this place closes.

I heard that by March or so, at normal attrition we will be right at 305 captains (contractual minimum), and not enough first officers to staff our flying.

Fun times.

We don't have fo's now to staff flying.
