If you're truly in it to "help out a fellow pilot", why not give them the recommendation, and give them the entire bonus. I mean, they are making less than you, and can use the extra money, right? You should be satisfied with what you get back come tax time, since you are not in it for the money, amirite?
Never seen so many people upset over free money. Not trying to troll I'm just kind of baffled that there is still people here just wanting to "ride it out". give a little incentive to think about something else. You guys were a good group of people that treated me well when I was there. just trying to help a fellow pilot out.
