I'm sorry for our staff that have to make this operation continue under somewhat extreme duress, when a lot of this could have been mitigated by better communication from the executive suite.
The twitter updates from Ops are painful to read.
Open time for LGA and ORF look basically normal but DCA and PHL are horrifying....some of that DCA open time are my trips as my screen shot would show a long red "RSN" bar beginning 12/10. Only four flight days left.

It sounds to me like something has already been agreed upon between the company and union 2 weeks ago when they were in Phoenix. Let's see what these emails tomorrow say, since they (the union), said they will be keeping us updated tomorrow during the meeting in MSP.

Considering that this is the same company that did not want to pay $2.50/month per crewmember for us to have KCM at first, I am fully prepared for a $3,000 bonus prorated over 5 years or something ridiculous like that.
I am not taking a cent from them unless its a 'if you are here in XYZ date you get a retention bonus no strings attached'. Even then I'll probably put in savings till after I am gone.

Honestly. Unless it's a serious game changer, I think it is way to little too late. Absolutely should have done something along these lines literally over a year ago.
