As of today, 25 fo resignation according to the crew availability matrix. That puts us at roughly 250ish fo's. What happens when the reserve fo's bail and we have 8 reserve guys on property?

Also, just for fun, take a look at open time vs resv coverage on the 2nd.

Well thanks so much! It's been a relief coming out of the closet. It hasn't been easy being a lesbian trapped in a man's body.

Time to start requesting double and triple time when picking stuff up. Hasn't worked for me yet but it looks as if they may be getting desperate enough to let it slide now and again.

I don't know anything about AWACs future, but I do know Bombardier recommends a spare engine complement of 19%. Do the math for a fleet that size and you'll come up with a number in the range of what you report having seen.

Also... "motors" are electric, engines are combustion.
