I'm outtie...seven flight days left...
Everyone has their own reasons for staying or going...there is no magic formula. AWAC is a good place to be depending on where you are on the seniority list.
I predict AWAC will live on...only with a much smaller pilot group and fleet. For me...in such a scenario the upgrade will continue to be a Lucy and Charlie Brown place kicking clinic for me (as a senior FO) so I must move on.
For others is it may be different and better.

Billy you sound like the GOP...taking quotes from the past out of context. I made that argument when were parking planes as stated...we had no staffing issue.
