I think they go for about a million a piece for the 3B1's, but CRJ engines are similar in family (CF-34) to the engines used on E-170/175?
Maybe the United 170/5's are for us...

The 12 engine rumor is a fact.... Spread by MP in NH classes earlier this year and I also heard it from MX... But that has not led to any sharing of their plan.. Glad Eddie is getting a new house... But that isn't the kind of information that helps FOs plan for the future... I'm out of here... Can't waste another month spinning my wheels not upgrading

It's actually 20 engines! they are in Appleton which is weird. Not sure why they are not in MKE. This is info from maintanence control last week. I was told those engines brand new are 4 million each by a chief pilot. Not sure if that's true. I would think it's possible with the A10's contract getting extended. Wish we knew why... only time will tell suppose.

Don't get your bridges in a wad over 20 engines people. We have over 60 tired ass airplanes that need to fly for at least a couple more years so that's like getting excited about hearing an order for 100 reams of paper went out to Office Depot.
