Neither one of these have true flow. So the odds of AWAC getting flow with ual or dal are slim and none. And slim just left town. I don't know why any one would believe much less spread these rumors. If I had a dollar for every time I heard "Joe schmoe in Appleton signed an NDA". I wouldn't worry about losing my job. I'd be rich. Usually the rumor is it's the assistant chiefs who have signed NDAs. Regardless,. Some rumor always has someone signing an NDA. Nothing ever materializes. As far as a big announcement we've been hearing about for the last decade...

OUR OWN PRESIDENT AND CEO SAID THERE IS NO BIG ANNOUNCEMENT.
An NDA doesn't necessarily have to relate to good news.

Looks like they are being squeezed out and I don't think the other two Legacies are interested either. Especially when they can offer better deals at the same time Cherry Picking all AWAC pilots at there other carriers.
Hard Times. Been there and done that. Good Luck and hopefully some good news soon.

That's not the industry trend. Airlines are not shutting down...esp with the demand the industry is seeing. Plus, what business savvy dude gives up almost 2 million in profit per week?

Unfortunately AAG has shown how they feel about super-senior pilot groups. Just look at Envoy 2011-2014. They did their darnedest to flush them all out.

I don't see them wanting to pick up another super senior group as they just finished handling the one they had. my 2¢.

Because this business savvy dude you're talking about didn't do a very good job at staying ahead of the competition or at least following the trends for regional lift. I mean, how long have the majors been talking about reducing 50 seat lift? They've done a good job for years, but as the saying goes, you snooze you lose. I wish you all the best of luck. Fortunately this is a great time to be job searching. There's some good opportunities out there

Ha! At a time when TSA, PDT, Commute Air, etc are adding 50 seaters...ok.

I have a feeling that with this two year "extension" we are on, they are not making the profits they did with the 10-year contract with US Airways.

But we don't know this. Nobody but possibly 10-12 people in Appleton know what the F is going on.

Realignment closes today? Outcome will be interesting.
