It's over. Pack your bags and go someplace else.
They aren't saying anything because they have nothing to say. Any good news would be great news at this point.
If you're sticking around with hopes of future flying here, I wouldn't bet the farm on it. Hell, i woukdnt bet a nickle. Everyone has their reasons for staying. I just hope everyone has a plan b.

Announce some flying, or an extension which is doubtful because they likely dont have anything signed, or
Announce retention bonuses for those willing to stick it out.
Otherwise this company will never make it to 2018 with the resignation rate we're currently seeing

The saddest part is there is still guys that think this place is gonna turn it around, like a we signed a deal with united flying 100 e170s is right around the corner. I've talked a few close friends that "don't wanna make any knee jerk moves" or just wanna "wait it out" and see what other regionals sign for contracts. What are you waiting for, you think like Skywest or whoever is gonna sign a concessionary contract and make you feel good about sticking it out there for a while. It's a big scary move and going though a ground school again blows but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. You don't see how toxic it is to be there until you watch it burn as a third party.

Jr CA I know there just got a class date offer from Atlas and they are probably going to accept. Big 3 and FedEx/UPS aren't knocking down their door but at least it's a step up. With all the LCCs hiring there is no reason for any AWAC pilot to go to another regional. I've heard of regional FOs getting hired at Frontier with 2500-3000 TT.

I understand that everyone's situation is different, I'm merely trying to be encouraging to any who are on the fence. Even CAs don't seem to be waiting around much longer.
