Haha! Well done!

Was that Hitler or Bob Frisch? I couldn't tell the difference.

While looking at open time last night I mistakenly clicked on "Select all" on DCA...Every day through the end of the month was littered with multiple pairings...it is sooo ugly out there.

Had heard this from the head of training in the crew room, it is in the process of happening, under the disguise of a 'mentor ship' kind of program

Why would this need fed approval?

No idea, but it is in the process of being put together.

All I can offer is there has been a push lately by the FAA to require all airlines to establish a mentor program for new hire pilots. I'm guessing that's what he's referring to and thus the necessary approvals.

It's specifically for captains, good idea for new hires, but they're only doing it to mentor captains.

Too little too late, they could fix this like everyone else has done with money, oh right......makes sense, can't do that.
