Look, I am not an analyst by any means and I don't know what Bombardier, Embraer, or Mitsubishi current delivery time tables are but, I think this will take place years down the road. They would still need to shrink their 50s to a much smaller number. Again, I am not a psychic and I may be wrong. It just rubs me a certain way when people just believe others blindly without excercising good judgement. By the way, how much is American and Delta spending to attract and retain pilots on their wholly owned. Still think we are expensive ? I doubt we ever were. There is a reason CJT holdings doesn't make their finances public. There are a lot of advantages to that and more so in an industry where you have to deal with a union. What makes you think the 900 and 175 are accounted for ? There is zero chance scope will change or a shift in inventory ?

Hey here is another one for ya, when we were flying for US airways (a company who was struggling to break even) and you were told you were too expensive. How much money did CJT holdings invest into US airways and what was their return ? Did any of you receive a bonus or improvements in your contracts ? Please , just stop ... If you want to work for pennies I know plenty of jobs that do not require an education other than aviation that would be happy to take people who just say YES.

Also, they will say what they can to increase their profit margin by two cents if it takes feeding lies about how expensive we are. That's how bargaining works.

Also, the profit margin on larger aircrafts is much higher. Want to know what sort of kooklaid I am drinking ? I ll tell you if you tell me what you are on first !

I am only encouraging that people do their own research and use some deductive reasoning.
Clearly you don't understand risk vs roi. Anything long term in the regional industry at this point for contracted carriers is very high risk. Why would a group of senior investors put out hundreds of millions of dollars if they don't need to? Cherry seems to be the generally liked flavor.

What standpoint are you even trying to create? You sound like the kid who signed up to be an airline pilot and realized 3 years later that you make 100k less than you thought you would. #instagrampicstho

Eastshore Holdings provided DIP financing for US Airways. Prior to that, AWAC operated as a United Express carrier exclusively. Your time table is completely wrong in your version of AWAC's history.

Ok Eastshore Holdings made the deal and I am sure they were still telling you how expensive you were. Wait, wasn't there some sort of deciept by AWAC management back in th United days? Went along the lines of , hey you need to take pay cuts so we can secure this other type of flying. Meanwhile that other type of flying had already been awarded to someone else. You still think you were too expensive and that AWAC either in the Eastshore form or CJT are telling you the truth ? I did not expect to make 100k starting but when they lie to our faces about their finances and then turn around and make millions; yah I have a problem with that. Either way, good luck to all. Oh, and that risk vs ROI, the risk is being minimized slightly more by that new pilot trainee program. That's their long term plan along with keeping most senior people to staff a small airline. Not pretending to know it all nor I think I know the future. I do appreciate a good conversation.

I'm assuming you know that for AWAC there currently is no "years down the road". Times ticking at months down the road without a new contract.
Pilots are leaving in droves. The question now is will they have enough pilots left in spring to fulfill their contract obligations?
Why would they buy new, bigger airplanes if they have no one pilots left to fly them? They would essentially be starting from scratch opening a brand new regional.

Wrong..... He was a Senior VP and COO.... Get your facts straight.... Vince was the only one in upper MGT that had a brain. Or maybe you consider the English fella that succeeded him a capable replacement? Hahahaha. The incompetence that is on display now is breathtaking...... Man the lifeboats! AWAC will have no Pilots left to staff the operation very soon. No Upgrades and junior manning the ones that stay will accelerate the departure to other airlines that have fast upgrades and pay more right from the start.

You can clearly see who the management stooges are and the scumbag lawyers who infect these message boards with their propaganda. You can smell their fear as they attempt to prevent Pilots from leaving with their rumors and innuendo.

Don't accuse me of trying to prevent people from leaving. My life jacket is on. I'm just trying to figure out which life raft has the most food and beer on board before I jump. We're going to end up losing 30 in october. I expect the attrition accelerate.
