Not only are they not attracting people, they seem to be chasing people away. I'm getting more and more JM calls. QOL is really tanking, for FOs anyway. I might just start packing for 5-6 days like when I was on reserve...

Think I'll just leave my phone off while on duty. Burns less battery and is good for the environment. Also time to send their calls straight to voicemail. I don't need the extra 2am wake-up calls while I'm at home on my day off. They deny all my requests to 'maintain reserve coverage', so I'll deny their phone calls so I can 'maintain days off'...

It's official!!! LGA isn't a base anymore . It no longer exist on our permanent standing bid. To no surprise, no announcement was made that I am aware of even though we sort of knew it would happen but, nothing official. This is another crapy day to be here. Hope nobody bypassed any job offer due to the good old rumor from middle management.
