Not trying to start a war or make things worse, but two of the WO are offering Air Wisconsin pilots a skype interview. You can apply in the morning, have a skype interview the same day, and start class just over a week later. The interview is "HR" only - no tests or anything to study for. Just a 15 minute "get to know you" type thing. Since you are already typed in the CRJ, they figure that you already have enough knowledge to pass the technical portion of the interview anyway, so no need to waste your time.
AA authorized this for current Air Wisconsin, Mesa, and pilots at a couple other airlines.

PSA announced it today on their FB site. "Select Qualified Candidates". This really isn't a surprise, as they offered telephone interviews to a few hundred Endeavor pilots that we hired last year. I don't know who the other is, and I don't know if it was "authorized by AA".
A friend in the interviewing department said that we have about a dozen apps in from Air Wisconsin pilots, but she expected more at this point.

This sucks for many of the guys with 15+ years. Good Luck to all the pilots and hopefully a new contract will be rushed and a new Code Share Partner found.

9E on the other hand put me up in a hotel the night before the interview, positive space ticket both ways, and after an early start at their HQ, made me feel like a celebrity. Employees welcomed me as they came into work, they wished me luck. One guy even came up and shook my hand and said he was pulling for me. A bit strange, but classy.
The interview itself was very professional. An HR rep, a pilot in uniform, and just a smooth experience the whole morning. Was offered on the spot as well, but it felt like they genuinely wanted me to say yes instead of expecting me to say yes. Big difference.
To my peers at AW, if you want to be treated like the pro you are, give 9E a good look. With my previous 121 time and NYC flying, I should be upgrading in a less than a year. I start training in a couple weeks and can't wait to see what the next chapter has in store. Good luck to you guys!

For what it's worth, I recently interview at PSA and 9E and found the experiences to be night and day. PSA might as well have interviewed me in my pajamas via Facetime...they asked me about my experience and essentially did nothing more than a quick flip through my logs. They offered on the spot and were almost put off that I said I wanted to sleep on it.

If you want a full face-to-face interview at PSA, you can ask for one. I am sure they will give you one. It is at the US Air Training Facility in CLT, so not very special for you. They will positive space you to an from the interview. You will get an interview with a pilot in uniform, a rep from HR, and someone in management. They will show you around, show you one of our sims, and make you feel special.
We have more than 30 face to face interviews scheduled this week.
I think that PSA may be trying to not make you jump through hoops and wasting 2 days of your life. You are a professional pilot, and have been through all of this before. You are a qualified and current airline pilot, with a proven record.
Personally, I would rather just be offered the job over the phone and not waste 2 days of my life going to an interview. But, to each his own.
Endeavor is a good company, and I hear great things about their new negotiations. If the base works for you, it is a nobrainer. Good luck. I wish you the best.

Alex Goran: He broke up with you over text message?
Ryan Bingham: That's kind of like firing someone over the Internet.

Why waste 2 days away from your home and family for such a thing?
If NYC was a better base for you, then the decision was easy. Good luck. Endeavor is a good company.
