None the less not sure why you wanna come here when half the first officers will probably have resigned come march.

I believe you're correct, however I do think we are able to voice our opinion; if there is enough strength and unity in said opinion it is possible to persuade those who are able to create change to do so.
Loa's have a direct impact on our ability to hire and retain numbers in our seniority list. They effectively nullify language in our contract that seems clear and defining. One has to dig to the back of the contract and find specifics that relate to previous language in the contract.

I always advocate for collegiality among our flying sister/brethren...but we all know our schedules suck and while across the system there are shared spaces.... sometimes you need a place to call your own...away from zombie passengers asking if they are at the right gate and OAL crew *****ing about their crappy jobs...we should be able to ***** about ours #Unfiltered... especially if you company doesn't pay for much but at least pays for a crew room.

Wisconsin is lower on the list given what other regionals are offering now to attract new hires, but I'm not free until the spring so I'm keeping an open mind as many things will change between now and then.

Probably because they've been in business for a long time. Probably because they have loyal employee's that have been with them for a long time. Probably because they're are many that don't want to start all over at another airline. Many factors with 'hope' being one of them also.
Your understanding of the English language is stunning. I love how you say "probably because they're are many that don't want to start over" (They're is a contraction for they are)
The correct statement would have been "because there are many that don't want to start over" You used the wrong version of there/their/they're. This leaves you looking like an uneducated pirate or someone with a stutter.
Referencing my previous post about you being the creepy guy that graduates high school and returns to hang out. I wish you would return to high school and work on your writing skills. In the end I don't much care for you because you reflect poorly on our profession. I ask that you either get your act together or stop posting all together.

There are concessionary loa's that needed to be removed. We are no longer in a concessionary market and something like this can be easily overlooked. It will take another ten years+ before we have an opportunity to remove it if we don't act now.

I think those that get to chime in on this matter will make the or rectangular decision for the pilot group. I k more concerned with current Loa's that exist that take away specific language in the contract now. These are hurting us right now and need to be removed from the next contract.
