Well we would love for you to come to PSA if something better doesn't shake out for you. At least you'll earn more money here as an FO and likely upgrade in the same amount of time as if you stayed at AWAC (or sooner if you guys are parking planes and can't hire new FOs). Try like hell to go somewhere better first though. If you do decide to come over, it's looking like a good time. We haven't hired nearly as many in 2016 as we did in 14/15 and we are seeing a good amount of attrition off the top of the list with the flow and guys leaving for DA and UA and elsewhere and guys coming in on the bottom of the list as new FOs. You won't be on reserve long. Anyway, just my .02... I have friends over there and I really do wish you guys the best. You're a good group of pilots and very professional. Anyone would be lucky to have you guys working for them.

Well that tone could change and then that same PSA guy could like at that AWAC Captain and say, "you like appless?"

The bottom line is that in this industry you never know when you'll be slinging a gear for someone else. You'll never know when your attitude makes it to someone's wife or husband that's on the hiring board for your next airline when your name comes up. (Seen that happen)
There's a time and place. If I was in AWAC's position I'd probably be more tolerable to things. Just sayin.

It wasn't a sales pitch. It was sincere. I've flown with former AWAC FOs who are CAs over at PSA now. Great pilots and fun guys to be on a trip with. And I honestly don't understand the animosity... But hey, it's your life, live it like you choose.

Someone mind posting the code for PSAs Dayton crew room since there still seems to be some animosity that they were booted from our Dca and it sounds like they are more hospitable and that we all need to share and stuff. A DM is fine too since its security.
