Sooo, rumor has it that the WO carriers are about to sign deals that pay $38+ first year and over $40 second year... (With signing and retention bonuses) Does that make us the lowest paid first year now?
Good news though, also heard that we have all the non-compensation stuff worked out in the contract... So, maybe another 2-3 years for a contract?
Wonder how long they can delay a contract with us hemoraging pilots. 6 CAs (good!) and 9 FOs this month so far... Keeping my fingers crossed, but they better announce something soon.

Those pay rates are WITHOUT the signing and retention bonuses. Just to clarify. Envoy (and I imagine PSA and PDT as well) will now have the highest pay rates in the industry. Oh...and the flow to American. Want a recommendation? We are hiring!
