Actually when I was with my regional I felt many more regional airlines were closer because we all knew we "SUCKED." However there was a day that nobody cried and worried about who was in their crewroom. We all got along and we all asked questions about each others sucky airline.
I remember overnighting and partying with ACA crews, ConEX Crews, AWAC crews, ASA crews, Mesa Crews, CCAir Crews because back in the day we knew we all just flew for the regionals. Somewhere in the mid-2000's people started to become *********s. Yes back in the day it was probably more of a trans-airline and it was better times for sure.
Go back to the *****in' about crewrooms. hahahahaahahahah

Somewhere in the mid-2000's? Like 2500?
Things really suck when you can't even have your own closet to yourselves to relax in or store your bags. "Overnighting and partying" with crews is different than taking over their crew room lol

Sounds like back in the day everybody sucked and went along with the system. But for the first time in decades pilots have have the upper hand in this dynamic market. When you still have pilot groups who sell out, it creates the crew room disputes. Things are not what they used to be and that's life. People won't get along all the time but someday , maybe , just maybe we will find common grounds 😁

why are you always on this board? You are like the creepy dude that graduates high school and then comes back and hangs out in the parking lot telling all the high school kids how cool it use to be and how when he was a senior they ruled the school. In reality nobody likes that guy unless he buys them beer. Are you helping any of us by being here? No you're here to somehow convince us how cool you are. Go back to your job at the glue factory and leave the high school kids alone, and for the love of all that is holy sell that Monte Carlo with the rims already!
That's funny, I thought the exact same thing...except I imagined him in an 80's firebird with a mullet hairdo.
