I mean if you're that bored I'm willing to have a conversation. I just gotta fly in the morn'..
You say everything in the hallway is considered a "secure area", but now the crew room is just "a safe place to keep your headset". Seems to me like you can't make up your mind. Backpedaling is not the way of the force, young padawan. If you can't close a code protected door in a secure area, you can't expect unwanted guests to be kept out.

You guys have this all wrong...this is a matter of personal airline identity. Even if a pilot works for PSA, if he self-identifies as an AWAC pilot then he should be allowed access into the AWAC crew room. All of you people segregating a pilot based simply on his or her uniform are simply bigots. Who are you to judge how any pilot feels internally about which airline they identify with? Equal rights and equal access for trans-airline pilots!

NO KIDDING. Just to clarify the mental picture for all: The is a vertical pipe right near the middle of the room. Every time someone flushes a toilet in the upstairs men's bathroom (the public one in the concourse than pax use) you can hear the sewage flowing down the pipe. It is not just rushing water you hear....if you listen closely and close your eyes it resembles the sounds of an African rain stick. Just a Shi****er and pi****er version of one!
