Well, at least the 4 who were awarded upgrade will get pay protection. I was chatting with another who was awarded and said he's heard nothing about when he would be going through training. I see more FOs have left. Looks like they're short handed as they also put this on their Twitter Page. After 12 years, and upgrade and downgrade I've decided to get my logbook caught up. So glad it's now a pilot's market.

This x 1,000... I personally know if a handful of regional FOs with interviews / class dates at LCCs. Get your apps out. Everyone is hiring. There is no need for a lateral move in this hiring environment and I'm sure any flight department would be grateful to have you.
The only why to make a lateral move now to another Regional is directly to the left seat.

Exactly! FO's with 2-3 years of experience would be GOLD for JetBlue, Spirit, or the new Alligiant. It's a bonus as they know they'll have you for awhile since you don't have the PIC time for United, Delta, SouthWest or American at the time. Win win for both.
