They are hiring a social media director of any of you keyboard jockeys are interested haha.

And our old guys are not going to vote in a second concessionary contract. There are more "old people" here than new turds who would vote away anything for more flying.

Can't see that happening now in the environment. AA needs the lift but I think you're right in the fact they are trying to run off some of the pilots and scare the hell out of the lifers. But I don't think they'll get any money out of the AWAC pilots.

They can't scare any of the gray beards. They are working at their last gig and will ride it to the dessert, set the brake, lift a leg, fart and walk away with their fat ass 401k

Started my day today by taking over an a/c that was crewed by 2 CA, one being an LCA. Other CA was a 5+ year guy. I was ALMOST gonna be a douche and ask, " oh, doing some OE or something.....????" but didn't feel like getting into it. Instead, I sent an email about it to ALPA like they asked us to. Also, a CA buddy of mine sent me a screen shot of CA open time which was for flying as FO... Things are getting out of hand.

What I don't get is why LCAs are accepting to violate the contract. The contract says they will be allowed to fly if no FOs are available. I was off today, never got a call. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

There's a 30 hour overnight in YHZ tomorrow that a CA could fly with C.S. as their "FO"

Two CA's, no FO listed. N4150 departs PHL 2025. Guess they couldn't find a FO that far in advance.

They found a solution. Give all the FO's 4 stripes and Captain pay...boom. No more FO problem
