I think it would be odd for any sim instructors to make a lateral move like that...I can understand 1st or 2nd year FOs doing this...but not sim instructors...it would be stepping backward. I was just down in CLT at the training center and had not heard of this...and I had heard plenty of gossip.
It is possible that some of those sim instructors that went to PSA were instructor hires off the street that were either retired or just hired for instructing...they would only fly the line to keep familiar with the operation.

Troll sweetholyjesus would say turn your phones off and quit complaining, but I keep mine on myself for emergencies... Is there any literature that limits what time of day they can call, and how often? Most likely it took them 4 hours to get through the list of numbers and they called again their second time through..rinse and repeat until the flying gets covered..

Hi everyone,
It took a while to read through all 275 pages but I got there!
I have a few thousand hours and have been invited to an Air Wisconsin interview in the next week or so.
Any updates on what to expect/study for?
How do the bases vary for a new hire FO in regards to time on reserve, average hours per month, overtime opportunity and time to upgrade vary?
Is ORF the least liked base and therefore easier to get hours/an upgrade?
Thank you in advance

That's BS they are calling that early. I would answer and then when they tell you they have a 5-6am show at 2am, be like "Sure thing, except you just interrupted my rest so I'll see you at around noon"! Lol

I wonder if they somehow have an idea who lives in base and who doesn't. Granted I am pretty senior, but my phone has honesty not rang for a JM in well over a year.
