Whisky has posted on Climbto350.com accepting interviews as low as 500TT.

How exactly is this process worked? At what point do you actually come to training and accrue hours in training?

Does seem to give credit to the fleet reduction to 36 rumor.

PSA got the announcement that two of the upper admin people from AWAC were just moved to PSA. One is the Vice President of maintenance and the other is VP of Human Resources.

Is everyone in AWAC management jumping ship?

Not really. Not like rats from a sinking ship at least. There is certainly no exodus.

Maybe preparing for the buyout takeover?

This isn't movement. If anything they were hired away from AWAC. AA can't force a private company to "move" their employees into AA's WOs.

Well, they could if they wanted to.

Something like... If you want us (AA) to buy your company (AWAC), and if any of you want a job after the merger, then we need to start moving vice president level management over now to prepare for a transaction.

But, more than likely, it is management running when they hear that AWAC is shutting down. Didn't AWAC already lose quite a few people in management fairly recently?

Heard about a couple AWAC FOs headed into the CP's office over at Piedmont asking for jobs... Crazy times.

And quite a few headed to CommutAir with the promise of instant upgrade. I'm slacking on my logbook/resume or I'd be shopping too. Allegiant is looking like a very good option right about now.
