Can you elaborate on the "a lot" this says ?

It sure is nice not having a flight case. Hope these Navtech charts don't violate me.
As for the MX contract, That's great. I'm glad they strategically sourced another cost savings. Our contract with 'Merican still ends soon with no future flying. We are driving ford pintos in a landscape of prius's. Having a "good" contract with good health insurance and a $100 gift card isn't going to get people to show up to class.
I'm not bitter or angry, just frustrated.

Lmao. They aren't buying that stupid thing. MP told us in GS last week they were all over everyone at the RAA, including him. They sound desperate. I will put money down this thing never flies. Compared to the CSeries, the MRJ is not even close. Do they even have a single prototype flying? I'm pretty sure they don't. Finally, unless it were to be flown at mainline, for a majority of cases scope needs to be adjusted for it to even be flown at regionals. Given the state of the regionals and the continuous implosion of regionals, I see no way this will fly.
Good luck to em.

The MRJ 90 is only out of scope right now barely and does have a smaller variant that is comfortably within scope.

Hey there! Just an observation, with industry pay/bonuses on the rise how is AWAC still able to keep up with attrition rates--or are people not leaving? I am not trying to sound like an ass so sorry if it comes off like that way.

Easy. While lots of hiring at all RG carriers, it's still easier to get hired at one that had quicker upgrade and higher first year pay if you have a job at a regional than if you don't. At least that was the case while I was there. The bottom 3rd of the FO were constantly leaving for quicker upgrade and higher 1stnyear pay. Frustrating as heck when your 30 away from upgrade but they can't bc the fo's kept leaving.
