New leadership at pdt was planned well over a year ago.
We should take all non Wisconsin related stuff elsewhere though.

A very simplistic way of thinking.. Our management isn't full of mainline puppets. AWAC is privately owned, not wholly owned. There is a big difference when it comes to management....

What happens when pdt begins to cancel more than I already see? Will the flow continue and/or will the flying shift to someone else?

From what I know they will start parking dash 8's. Jets are and will be the priority.

Aren't you supposed to have far more -145s online by now? Word is you guys couldn't get your training signed off by the FAA and I guess you gave up and outsourced it and had Flight Safety come up with it for you?

I only have seen maybe 1-2 145s in PHL and they seem to never fly.

No! They got it going it's just they decided to do it in house without really understanding the difficulty.
Commutair did it the smart way by hiring an outside vendor to set up their program.

I think they got 5 planes now with one down do to a fire issue.
It's not been a rosy start for sure.

Was talking to a pdt fo the other day, he says those jets they have are a nightmare for them so far. That smoke j guess was possible becuase their mechanics were doing some ADs properly or something. Every time I see them in PHL they are always on delay.

The ERJs that PDT are getting are some of the oldest ones in the fleet... 1998-99 deliveries to Eagle.
