2CA/3FO. FO attrition overall has not been far behind CA attrition. That is crazy for just one day.
I think the FA hiring was because there was an honest lack of FAs. And the referral bonus is a bandaid so they can hope to get through 2018 under the current contract.

I think pilots is AWAC are not able to make troubles to the company. They just work head down like donkeys. What I've understood from people working there the company leaves wide crew behavior liberties in exchange to a good pay.
