Her name gets dropped two pages ago and suddenly there's a new user name pretending to be her. Probably some PSA cheerleader with nothing better to do. People really is stupid.

So we're losing 20+ people per month through attrition, we are parking airplanes, and the company is not panicking at all about trying to find new pilots. Let's see...what do these things add up to?? I'm pretty confident in saying that it's nothing good.

Last I checked they're all over the place recruiting and offering us 4k bonuses to find people. Not to mention the hype to get flight attendants. What's the latest number of pilots on property? Anyone know? If it drops below 695 then we're running lean.

With the amount of FO open time, it sure seems like we are lean. But hell, I never know what is going on.....
