The four most junior bases for newhire F/Os are DCA, LGA, PHL and ORF.
Seriously, nobody knows. You get what you get at first but there's enough movement to change very quickly, certainly within a few months.
Another moderately senior captain announced his departure this morning. Attrition has definitely increased in the past 6-8 weeks.
