I should have scavenged for souvenirs when I had it earlier this week... had no idea it would be gone this soon (and good riddance - reduces the chances of getting an old style seat).

Flew with someone in the MEC late December. He said, sometime soon (this year) they will be doing away with that. Sounded like they were even going to go as far as giving you some type of LOA. One just long enough to at least see if you get through training at your new place.

Personally, I have no clue why you wouldn't rehire someone that A. Quit with reasonable notice and B. Someone who didn't cause problems and was a good pilot for you.

I mean ***? Who comes up with this stupid BS. Honestly.

Up until now, it hasn't been an issue for the company, which can set their own policy - and until now it has been no-rehire with very few exceptions. Nothing says company policy has to make sense.

Hi guy's, thanks for the feedback, as for trying to get back to Air Wisc. grew up in the D.C. area, family and friends there, I enjoyed Air Wisc. when I was there. From what I have been reading here, you guy's are losing F/O's monthly, you would think they would over look their policy and let folks to reapply.

Don't forget about CAs. Another 11 CA resignations so far his month! Nothing to see here folks. Move along.

I have a mental image that mngmt are like frogs in a pot of water. The temp goes up 1 by and 1 and it doesn't even know it's going to boil and die. They are sitting up in ATW fat, dumb and happy.

Apparently the 6 upgrades they had slated for a May 1st effective date, are now going earlier. I'll give them that, but it still seems like they are dropping the ball big time.

It's pretty niave to think the number of resignations is going to do anything, but increase.

The notion they claim of not having enough FOs, doesn't add up. Everyday FO RSVs Avl are 20+ average with very little open time trips. The CA side is ridiculous.

Can't wait to watch the show!

Can't hurt to apply and interview. The least you will get is a $100 Amazon gift card 😂

A few day's ago I sent a quick e-mail to Katrina Leavitt, again expressing my interest to return to Air Wisconsin, just waiting for some kind of response. Do you happen to know Ms. Leavitt?

Commutair is hiring for IAD I believe. Commutair also offers a flow-through to UAL which should be hiring a lot with the 65 new 737-700s just ordered. Plenty of options out there these days.......
