By "decent", I mean when I first started here, our pay wasn't the best, but it was far from the worst in the industry. Now I'd say we are one of the worst. If it weren't for holding round 1 and the SAP, I would be pretty unhappy.

I would say it was comparable to other regionals pay which none of them paid decent salary and they still don't. The SAP is a key to happiness as long as management does't screw with it.

Interesting they interviewed in LAX yesterday. It looks like they are holding interviews in Houston, next week, on the 17th.
Not sure if this is to make it easier for folks or what, but why interview at these places? Ever since I have been here its been ORF and, predominately, PHL.

Interesting they interviewed in LAX yesterday. It looks like they are holding interviews in Houston, next week, on the 17th.
